I feel nothing

Check that Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics is on, and that your phone is not in Low Power Mode, which weakens haptics. In the app, Haptic strength may also be turned down. Vibration stops on purpose whenever Tactone goes to the background — iOS does not allow haptics from there.

I hear nothing

Turn the volume up, and check that Sound is on in the app's settings. Note that Tactone plays even when your phone is on silent: the sound is half of what the app is, so it does not follow the ring switch. If you would rather it stayed quiet, turn Sound off in Settings.

The bubbles don't pop when I tap them

That is deliberate. Real bubble wrap does not pop from a touch — you have to push through it. Press and hold for a moment and you will feel the film tighten and then give. Running your thumb across pops them faster, just like the real thing.

I bought the full set but it's still locked

Open the upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore, while signed in to the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Why is there no iPad or Mac version?

Tactone is built entirely around the Taptic Engine, which only iPhones have. Without it the app would be silent and motionless — there would be nothing left of it. So it is iPhone only, on purpose.

On your phone, and nowhere else. See the Privacy Policy.
