Tactone is a toy. It is not a medical device and not a treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or relieve anxiety, ADHD, or any other condition, and we make no claim that it does. If something is troubling you, talk to a qualified professional rather than to a fidget app.
Tactone plays short sounds and vibrations when you touch things on the screen. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell it, reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
Stop using Tactone if it causes discomfort in your hand or ears. Keep the volume moderate, especially with headphones. Do not use the app while driving or operating machinery. If repeated vibration bothers you, haptics can be softened or the app can be used silently — both are in Settings.
Tactone is free to download and includes three toys in full, with no ads and no time limits. Unlocking the other three is optional and costs a single one-time payment. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm anything. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices from the upgrade screen.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store, not by us. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tactone is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and you may have consumer rights in your country that these terms do not affect.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Tactone. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page changes with them.
